Here's exactly how we pack, send, and deliver every Dreamers Co order across India — so you always know where things stand. Got a question this page doesn't answer? Where we ship

We currently ship right across India. All orders are processed and delivered within India, and every price and charge is shown in Indian Rupees (₹). We don't offer international shipping yet — if that changes, we'll update this page.

Order processing time

Once you place an order, our team checks, folds, and packs it by hand, then hands it to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. A few things worth knowing:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
During new launches, festive periods, or big sale days, packing may take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we'll let you know.

Delivery estimates

After your order is dispatched, most parcels arrive within approximately 4–7 business days, depending on your pincode. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas can take a little longer. These are estimates rather than guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier its journey is in their hands, but we'll always help you chase it if something looks stuck.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free, anywhere in India.
For orders below ₹1,499, a small flat shipping fee applies. It's always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send your tracking details on WhatsApp and email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery

Prefer to pay when it arrives? Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across serviceable pincodes, alongside all our prepaid options.

Missed or returned deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed or a parcel makes its way back to us, don't worry — we'll reach out and reship it at no extra charge. If your order seems delayed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll track it down for you.

Something arrived damaged or wrong?

We're so sorry — let's fix it fast. Report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with a couple of clear photos, and take a look at our Exchanges & Returns page for how replacements and store credit work.
